Communication, AV & Digital Experience
We bring communication, content and user experience together.

Whether an announcement works depends on being understood, not on being heard. Raising the level in a reverberant lobby lowers intelligibility, because late reflections erase syllable boundaries; what decides the outcome is loudspeaker placement, directivity and the reverberation time of the space, never gain. A screen carries the same kind of limit: a type size not chosen for the viewing distance stays unreadable however bright the panel.
Addressing is the second shared condition. A message goes to a defined zone rather than everywhere — to that floor only, that hall only, the team on duty only. Zone definition, priority order and the latency budget are built on the network side, and content distribution and call routing cross the same switches. Sound and image quality therefore follows from network design, not from the loudspeaker or the panel.
Two-way lines carry a separate responsibility. On an intercom it is not enough that the far end can be heard; where the call lands, where it is redirected when unanswered, and whether speech stays intelligible in a noisy environment are settled in advance. When what a screen shows contradicts what a loudspeaker says, trust in both falls.
